The number of sales within Davis in February were down from last year (18 this year compared to 25 last February); however, the number of homes pending sale right now compared to last year at this time is higher (54 Davis properties pending sale right now compared to 41 at this time last year). I suppose that things even out over time.

As you can see, the average sales price is $424,481, the average price per square foot is $247.52 and the average “sales price to list price ratio” is 97.94%.
Last Febuary, the average sales price was $421,959, the average price per square foot was $267.43 and the average “sales price to List price ratio” was 96.94%
